ZinqLeads is founder-led and UK-based, built from the ground up for private dental practices. It isn't a generic call-answering tool with a dental logo bolted on.
How it tells a toothache from a check-up, how it handles an emergency, the exact words it uses — all of it was designed around how a dental practice actually runs.
We onboard a few practices at a time — on purpose.
We set up every practice personally. The founder handles your onboarding directly: your number, your tone, your treatments.
Before anything goes live, every message a patient could receive is reviewed for clinical appropriateness — nothing about pain or symptoms is left to chance.
And we deliberately take on a small number of Founding Practices at a time. We'd rather get a handful of practices genuinely right than sign a hundred and support none of them properly.

Patient data is hosted in the UK/EU, and the product is built GDPR-first — a lawful basis logged for every contact, and a clear audit trail.
Every text a patient receives carries opt-out wording: reply STOP and messages stop immediately, no exceptions.
