What does ZinqLeads do for my practice?
When a call to your practice rings out, ZinqLeads texts the patient back within about 30 seconds, holds the SMS conversation in your practice’s voice, and works routine enquiries toward a booking — then reports the revenue it recovered. Warm patients land in your dashboard ready for your team to book with one tap.
How quickly can we go live, and what’s involved?
Onboarding is done for you and usually takes about 7 days. You keep your existing number, we set up the forwarding and tune the agent to your practice’s voice, and you’re live — no hardware, nothing to install.
Do any messages go out without my approval?
New practices start in review mode: the agent drafts each routine reply and nothing sends until you tap Send in the dashboard. Only the fixed emergency safety replies send straight away. Switch to auto-send whenever you trust it.
How it works
What happens if a patient texts about severe pain or an emergency?
The agent recognises urgency. Severe pain is flagged urgent and your nominated contact is alerted immediately; red-flag symptoms trigger fixed, NHS-aligned 999/111 signposting. It never diagnoses — it flags urgency and gets the right people moving.
Is this just a missed-call text-back?
No. Text-back tools send one canned SMS. ZinqLeads re-engages unchased treatment plans, classifies replies, schedules nudges, and reports the revenue recovered — where the value lives in the long tail, not the first reply.
What does it need to connect to?
Just your phone number, via call forwarding — it works with any provider, nothing to install. Unchased treatment plans and patient lists come in as CSV. Setup is ~30 minutes during the walk-through call.
Pricing & contracts
How much does it cost?
One flat £199 a month, everything included. No setup fee and no per-message charges.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. It’s month to month — stay because it works, not because you’re locked in.
Can I cancel?
Any month, no commitment. We’ll export your leads as CSV the day you ask.
What about multiple locations?
Each location keeps its own number and gets its own forwarding setup, dashboard, and £199 line item. The operator panel rolls them up so head office can see everything at once.
Data & compliance
Is patient data handled in a GDPR-compliant way?
We sign a DPA before go-live, and our sub-processors are listed in the privacy notice. Your database is hosted in a UK/EU region; where data is processed outside the UK (for example by our SMS and AI providers), we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How can a patient opt out?
Every message carries opt-out wording. A patient replies STOP and messages stop immediately — the number is suppressed so it can’t be contacted again by accident.
How long is data kept?
Patient records are kept for up to 24 months from last activity, then deleted automatically — unless your practice agrees a different period in the DPA.
